Acrylic Emulsion Polymer is a modified ,polymerized single component polymer specially design for modifying cementitious composition cement mortor modified with acrylics Resins.
Acrylic System are especially useful where thin section is desirable & where excessive vibration & heavy load are encounter. This is aliphatic system in which these particles are dispersed in aqueous phase.
The mix system gets excellent adhesion to a variety of surfaces such as concrete, masonry, brick, wood, metal etc. It has wide range of superior properties such as abrasion resistance ,impact strength & low temperature flexibility.
Method Of Application
- Surface preparation : Remove all the loose particles ,dirt & dust clean by water ,wire brush ,mechanical cleaning. Grease & oil be cleaned using solvents. The surface should be dry before application.
- First Coat : Apply Single coat Acrylic Polymer. ( Take 1:1 with Water )
- Crack Filling : Apply Polymer with required cement to made putty for filling up horizontal & vertical Cracks and joints on the surface.
- Second coat : Apply coat of Polymer with required cement to form brush able slurry by brush on primed surface.
- Top coat : Apply top coat of Water Thinnable Epoxy Resin .It has got excellent scratch resistance.
