RESIN X-Seal-FR-FR is a PU based potting compound specially developed for Electrical & Electronics applications. When mixed with liquid Polyisocyanates, undergo a chemical reaction and cure to yield PCR plastics. RESIN X-Seal-FR-FR has distinct advantages over Epoxy Resins.

Method of Application
- RESIN X-SEAL-FR contains filler and pigments which tend to settle at the bottom. The user has to stir the contents thoroughly for few minutes and wait for 5 minutes to allow air bubbles to escape. It is then poured
- Mixing Ratio R/H : 100 : 20 p.b.w
- Pot Life at 30°C : 30-45 Minutes
- Curing Time : 24 hours at room temp

Precautions
- Hardner is highly susceptible to atmospheric moisture and should be always kept in air - tight condition
- Throughly wash hands with soap and plenty of water after finishing the application
- Regularly available in Black and Red Colour, other colours are on request. RESIN X-SEAL-FR is a Flame Retardant type compound supplied both Halogenated and Non Halogenated Grades Cured RESIN X-SEAL-FR
