A Modified Epoxy Resin based system for Electronic Components Coating
The Resicoat coating system is specially developed for dip and roll coating of small electronic components such as Resistor (Film type), Plastic film capacitors, Hybrid circuits, Thermistors, Variations etc. The system has excellent electrical properties, Chemical resistance, physical properties and humidity resistance.

- Resicoat is a Thixotropic paste consistency paint available in Yellow, Green, Black and Beige color.

Method of Application
We recommend following combination for processing.
- (I) Capacitors / HC / Variastors by dip coating

- Viscosity of Mixture : 40,000 - 60,000 mPa.s
- Pot Life : 8 hrs.
- Cure Schedule : 2 hrs / 110°C
- (II) Resistors by roll coating
