Eazy Seal is an epoxy resin based sealant supplied in putty consistency, extruded in a premeasured stick form ensuring right mixing ratio.

Eazy Seal sealing system is characterized by

  • Excellent adhesion to almost all materials like metals, wood, glass, ceramic and most plastic
  • Ease of application
  • Good mechanical and electrical insulation properties
  • Good moisture and chemical resistance

Mixing Proportion

Eazy Seal Resin 100 parts by weight or volume
Eazy Seal Hardner 100 parts by weight or volume
  • Cut required quantity along with the film for the cocentric stick
  • Twist and knead (action not exceeding over 1 minute) to a uniform color
  • Repairs should be done before hardening (usually within 3 minutes)
  • Place the remaining quantity in the canister and close the cap for future use

Processing Time

  • Pot life at 25°C : 30 minutes
  • For 500 g mixture
  • Setting time : 120 minutes

Recommended Curing

  • For optimum cured properties
  • at 25°C 24 hours
  • or at 30°C 12-16 hours
  • or at 40°C 4-8 hours
  • Eazy Seal will cure to hard mass within 3 hours at room temperature.

Surface Preparation

  • For better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which Easy Seal is to be applied.
  • Remove rust, dirt or loose particles by emery paper or wire brush. Use rust remover for removing heavy rust and scales.
  • All surface must be free from oil and grease. Use rust remover, and / or trichloroethylene.
  • Surface should be free from moisture to get optimum performance. Wipe with dry cloth before application.
