Eazy Seal sealing system is characterized by
- Excellent adhesion to almost all materials like metals, wood, glass, ceramic and most plastic
- Ease of application
- Good mechanical and electrical insulation properties
- Good moisture and chemical resistance
Mixing Proportion
| Eazy Seal Resin | 100 parts by weight or volume |
| Eazy Seal Hardner | 100 parts by weight or volume |
- Cut required quantity along with the film for the cocentric stick
- Twist and knead (action not exceeding over 1 minute) to a uniform color
- Repairs should be done before hardening (usually within 3 minutes)
- Place the remaining quantity in the canister and close the cap for future use
Processing Time
- Pot life at 25°C : 30 minutes
- For 500 g mixture
- Setting time : 120 minutes
Recommended Curing
- For optimum cured properties
- at 25°C 24 hours
- or at 30°C 12-16 hours
- or at 40°C 4-8 hours
- Eazy Seal will cure to hard mass within 3 hours at room temperature.
Surface Preparation
- For better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which Easy Seal is to be applied.
- Remove rust, dirt or loose particles by emery paper or wire brush. Use rust remover for removing heavy rust and scales.
- All surface must be free from oil and grease. Use rust remover, and / or trichloroethylene.
- Surface should be free from moisture to get optimum performance. Wipe with dry cloth before application.
