Water thinnable Epoxy System is an emulsified Epoxy Coating specially formulated than normal solvent based Epoxies because of its ability to adhere to wet surfaces. Water thinnable Epoxy System makes comprehensive water proofing system for all surfaces.
Water thinnable Epoxy System is two pack system. It is supplied in two equal parts ( by weight ) of Resin and Hardner.

Application
- Mixing Ratio : 1:1:1 parts by weight Resin : Hardner : water
- Pot Life : 1 hr / 25°C
- Setting Time : 4 to 6 hrs
- Curing Time : 24 hrs
- Shelf Life : 12 months in sealed condition, stored in cool dark place
- Coverage : 9 to 9.5 sft on smooth surface – 1st coat / 95 to 10 sft 2nd coat
Mixing Procedure
- Empty the two containers of Resin and Hardner in a clean plastic bucket and mix them together throughly. Slowly add water under continuous stirring. The resultant mix is not ready for application to the prepared surface.
- Apply first coat evenly to the surface. During application the add small quantity of water to maintain application viscosity.

- Water proofing of terrace, walls, toilet blocks
- Sealing of tile joints on terraces etc
- As an additive to cement morter rapid hardening & water proofing
