Mixing Proportion
- Epoxy wood fill Putty Resin : 100 parts by weight or volume
- Epoxy wood fill Putty Hardner : 100 parts by weight or volume
- Cut required quantity along with the film for the cocentric stick
Processing Time
- Pot life at 25 °C : 90 - 120 minutes
- For 500 g mixture
- Setting time : 120 minutes
Surface Preparation
- For better adhesion, it is essential to clean the surface on which Epoxy wood fill Putty is to be applied
- Remove rust, dirt or loose particles by emery paper or wire brush. Use rust remover for removing heavy rust and scales
- All surface must be free from oil and grease. Use rust remover, and / or trichloroethylene
- Surface should be free from moisture to get optimum performance. Wipe with dry cloth before application
